TMGL, in collaboration with its subcontractor, Janson Communications, supports the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier Public Affairs Office (PAO) under the PEO Soldier PAO Support contract. As part of this contract, PEO Soldier PAO is responsible for planning, synchronizing, and overseeing all communication efforts to enhance public awareness of PEO Soldier’s mission, programs, and products. By implementing a comprehensive Strategic Communication Plan, the PAO strengthens relationships and partnerships, effectively informing target audiences of the organization’s achievements. This proactive communication strategy fosters greater support for Soldier-focused initiatives and programs.

Media Relations & Staff Writing

Delivering public affairs expertise, managing social media engagement, and providing video and still photography support across all Project Management Offices (PMOs).

Using advanced visual media and design techniques to develop impactful communication products that align with organizational objectives.

Webmaster Support

Managing and developing public websites dedicated to Soldier services, ensuring accessibility, functionality, and up-to-date content.

Videography & Photography

Producing high-quality video and photographic content to support communication and outreach efforts.

Audio-Visual Technical Support

Providing expert technical services to facilitate the execution of PEO Soldier’s communication goals through high-quality audiovisual solutions.

Exhibit Support

Designing, developing, producing, and maintaining exhibits and associated equipment for PMOs at demonstrations and exhibitions.

Innovative Research & Reporting

Soldiers with 10th Mountain Division conduct mission-planning operations during the first phase of the IVAS 1.2 user assessment held by PEO Soldier on Fort Drum, N.Y.

Operational Kit Analysis

On the ground in Kuwait conducting an Operational Kit Analysis (OK Analysis) to see firsthand how Soldiers are using and modifying their gear to meet mission demands.

This valuable intel is being streamlined through the Voice of the Soldier dashboard in collaboration with the Close Combat Integration Enterprise, ensuring that Soldier feedback drives future innovation.
